The vast majority of candidates are currently employed, and want to keep their career search confidential. Management Recruiters of Golden Isles respects the candidate's desire for privacy and carefully guards the confidentiality of our candidates. Resumes submitted to us are not searchable by either our clients or by other employers. We do not act as a résumé service. Should your qualifications match the needs of our clients, we will contact you to describe the opportunity and obtain your permission to provide our client your résumé . Also, it is part of client service that we check your references. Again, we do not contact them without your prior approval.
